Do you want to make a big change but aren't sure how to make that happen or what exactly you'd rather be doing?
Changing careers is a significant decision that demands a lot of forethought and planning. In addition to deciding that you want a change, there are many other decisions you need to make, such as:
- What you're great at and what you want
- What career options best fit your talents, priorities, and desires
- Whether you're willing to go back to school
- Whether you want a change in two months or two years
- Whether you can accept a pay cut
- What additional skills you need to acquire
- Who you need to meet to help you break into a new field, industry, or sector
Wading through these decisions is an exciting and sometimes scary process. It can feel overwhelming to plan a big change by yourself because there's so much to think about and so much to distract you (such as the demands of your current job and the busy pace of everyday life) from pursuing your vision.
With the Change Maker three-month coaching package, you'll:
- Define what you want
- Decide which career options make sense for you to pursue
- Plan your strategy for change, step by step
This package is perfect if you are:
- A new college graduate who wants to decide what kind of career to pursue
- A seasoned professional who has little or no idea what you want to do next
- Someone who has a few ideas of what could be next, but is having a hard time deciding among them
- A professional who has decided on a direction to pursue but is having a hard time getting started with laying foundations, making new contacts, or conducting a job search
Here's what you get when you sign up for the Change Maker three-month coaching package:
