Popular in the world of beauty, kefir is also classified as a superfood that is beneficial for the body. Kefir is a fermented milk drink and is rich in nutrients such as protein, calcium, B vitamins, potassium, and probiotics. Kefir is similar to yogurt, but has a more liquid texture and contains more probiotics. Kefir is said to be effective in reducing cholesterol, smoothing the digestive system, lowering blood pressure, and helping to reduce inflammation.

As a superfood, eggs are controversial because of their high cholesterol content. Even so, eggs are still classified as healthy food, because they have many nutrients and benefits for the body.
